🛠 Key Responsibilities
QAQC Manager
- Lead quality assurance and quality control programs for projects
- Review designs, drawings, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Mentor and supervise QC teams
HSE Manager
- Implement HSE policies and safety programs across projects
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
- Lead safety audits and risk assessments
- Airport project experience required
Environment & Sustainability Manager
- Develop and implement environmental management plans
- Monitor sustainability initiatives on site
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Junior Engineers / QC Inspectors / Senior MEP QC Engineer
- Perform inspections and quality checks on materials and work processes
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Support senior engineers in project execution
HSE (Safety) Officers
- Enforce safety regulations and standards on site
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
- NEBOSH IGC certification required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- QAQC Managers: 15+ to 20+ years experience, QC & Design background
- HSE Manager: 15+ years, airport project experience required
- Environment & Sustainability Manager: 15+ years experience
- Junior Engineers / QC Inspectors: Relevant engineering degree or diploma
- Senior MEP QC Engineer: Proven experience in MEP projects
- HSE Officers: Minimum 5 years experience, NEBOSH IGC certification
- Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills across all positions
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
- QAQC Manager: SAR 30,000 – 50,000/month
- HSE Manager: SAR 28,000 – 45,000/month
- Environment & Sustainability Manager: SAR 25,000 – 40,000/month
- Senior Engineers / QC Inspectors: SAR 12,000 – 25,000/month
- HSE Officers: SAR 10,000 – 18,000/month
