We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee quality management activities across major construction projects in Riyadh. The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with engineering standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
As a QA/QC Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to QA/QC teams, implement inspection protocols, and coordinate quality control initiatives to support safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures for construction projects

Lead quality inspections, audits, and compliance checks

Ensure adherence to industry standards, engineering specifications, and project requirements

Supervise and mentor QA/QC teams and site engineers

Review documentation, reports, and material approvals

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)

Experience: 8–12 years in QA/QC within construction projects

Technical Skills: Knowledge of standards, specifications, quality audits, inspection protocols
