About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our quality department in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality standards, supporting ongoing projects, and maintaining compliance with industry guidelines and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) processes and procedures.

Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate and supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities.

Interpret Isometric drawings, P&ID diagrams, and engineering documentation.

Manage material traceability, certification, and documentation control.

Conduct root cause analysis, corrective actions, and handle non-conformities.

Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and maintain quality records.

Perform and oversee IP testing, and ensure adherence to IEC / ASTM standards.

Inspect coatings, metals, and surface preparations.

Possess basic knowledge of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) — mandatory.

4–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within relevant industries.

Strong understanding of quality control processes, standards, and engineering inspection techniques.

Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
