NERO Tapware MENA, a leading company specializing in luxury mixers and bathroom accessories, is seeking a dedicated Project Representative to strengthen its presence in the Riyadh market. This role focuses on building relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring the company’s products are effectively introduced to projects and enterprises.

As a Project Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, following up on tenders, and coordinating with the internal sales and management teams to close deals. Your field expertise and ability to engage clients will directly impact business growth and market expansion.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic visits to projects and sites to present NERO Tapware products

  • Attract new projects and develop strong relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants

  • Monitor and analyze project opportunities and tenders

  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure projects progress to closure

  • Represent the company in the field and strengthen brand presence in the enterprise market

  • Prepare periodic reports detailing site visits, project opportunities, and client feedback

  • Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction


🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in project-based sales, preferably in sanitary ware or building materials

  • Established network of contacts in contracting or real estate development sectors is advantageous

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in the field and travel across Riyadh

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 8,000 – SAR 12,000 per month (based on field project sales roles in Riyadh within the building materials sector)
