We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Engineer to join our Riyadh-based team, focusing on planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects. This role is integral to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting on project performance, contributing directly to the successful execution of high-value construction initiatives. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and timelines

Monitor project execution and identify variances and delays

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams

Prepare S-curves, resource-loaded schedules, and progress analysis

Support project risk management and reporting to senior management

Ensure adherence to project standards and contractual requirements

Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding planning and scheduling
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Certifications: PMP certification (mandatory)

Experience: 6–10 years in project planning for construction or engineering projects

Technical Skills: Project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, project control software

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking

Additional Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
