Hadya is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by providing accurate planning, monitoring, and schedule control.

The Project Planner will work closely with project managers, engineers, and cost control teams to develop schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules and baseline plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on performance
Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend corrective actions
Manage changes, delays, and perform impact assessments on project timelines
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Cost Control teams
Ensure alignment between project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for stakeholders
Support claims, Extensions of Time (EOT), and recovery planning
Maintain accurate documentation and work breakdown structures (WBS)

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project planning within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), baseline schedules, and progress measurement
Experience in change management and schedule impact analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset

SAR 10,000 – 18,000 per month
