We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Site Managers to lead and execute HV/EHV Transmission & Substation EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. These positions are integral to driving project success, ensuring compliance with international EPC standards, and delivering high-quality transmission and substation infrastructure.

Successful candidates will oversee the full project lifecycle, including design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Project Manager – Transmission / Substation

Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to final handover for HV/EHV EPC projects
Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and manpower management
Oversee design, engineering, construction, and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with EPC contracts, technical specifications, and client requirements
Coordinate project progress with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Provide leadership, monitor performance, and report project KPIs

Site Manager – Transmission / Substation

Supervise site execution, including civil construction, electrical installation, and project close-out
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, including SEC
Ensure safe, timely, and quality completion of assigned works
Monitor site activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with project specifications
Facilitate communication between site teams and project management

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Project Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum two completed EPC projects from initiation to handover
Extensive experience in design, construction, commissioning, and project execution
Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, and manpower planning
Hands-on knowledge of GIS substations and panel installations
Leadership and excellent English communication skills

Site Manager

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
Minimum one completed EPC project from start to handover
Experience in design coordination, civil construction, electrical installation, and project close-out
Exposure to GIS substations or fuel substation projects
Contractor-side experience and coordination with SEC, consultants, and subcontractors
Good English communication skills

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 25,000 – 40,000 per month (Based on role, experience, and Saudi Arabia EPC market rates)
