Job Overview
A leading international EPC organization is expanding its operations in Europe and is currently hiring an experienced Project Manager – Power / Energy EPC Projects to lead major project execution in North Macedonia.
This role will take full responsibility for delivering large-scale EPC projects across power generation, transmission & distribution (T&D), and energy infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while coordinating with regional headquarters, clients, consultants, and local partners to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of EPC power and energy projects

Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases

Control project schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance
-
Manage contract administration, variations, and claims processes
-
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements

Prepare regular project reports and performance updates for stakeholders

Support strategic execution of international power projects in Europe
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in:
-
Electrical Engineering
-
Civil Engineering
-
Power Engineering
-
Related engineering disciplines
-
-
Minimum 8+ years of experience in power or energy EPC projects
-
Proven overseas project management experience (Project Manager / Deputy PM level)

Strong knowledge of contract management (FIDIC experience preferred)

Excellent command of English communication
-
European or Balkan project experience is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
