A leading bank in Khobar is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver Information Security projects end-to-end. This critical role ensures that all initiatives are executed in alignment with organizational security objectives and regulatory compliance standards.
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and external stakeholders to plan, monitor, and deliver high-impact projects efficiently. By managing resources, timelines, and risks, the role directly supports the bank’s strategic goals while safeguarding sensitive information and infrastructure.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management and delivery of assigned Information Security projects.

Work closely with Program Manager, management, team members, and third parties to prepare action plans, resources, timelines, and audit activities.

Manage project constraints including schedule, cost, and scope; maintain project documentation and PMO coordination.

Liaise with teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Prepare, monitor, and report on project budgets and expenses to management.

Track Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions (RAID) and implement remedial measures.

Ensure task prioritization based on management mandates, severity, and deadlines.

Support Program Manager in improving KPIs and KRIs to meet departmental goals.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in Information Security project management.

Strong skills in project planning, execution, and documentation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Preferred: transferable Iqama for expatriates.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 180,000–220,000/year (for mid-to-senior level Project Manager in Information Security in Saudi Arabia)
