🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams

Prepare and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations

Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations

Monitor site activities to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Certifications: Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (mandatory)

Experience: Proven track record in managing high-rise building projects with a main contractor background

Technical Skills: Knowledge of SBC, project budgeting, construction program management, and site coordination

Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

Additional Requirements: Immediate joiners preferred; experience in KSA projects is advantageous
