Our Construction Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in high-rise construction projects. The role is pivotal in managing all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
The Project Manager will oversee construction programs, coordinate consultants and contractors, and manage site teams to deliver landmark high-rise projects. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from planning to completion.

Oversee construction programs, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams on-site.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other local regulations.

Monitor project quality, safety, and performance standards.

Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders and management.

Mentor junior engineers and site management staff.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Proven experience in delivering high-rise construction projects.

Strong main contractor background.

Knowledge of construction program management, budgeting, and site supervision.

Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations.

Immediate availability preferred.

KSA experience is an advantage.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 250,000 – SAR 350,000 per year
(Based on Project Manager – High-Rise Construction role, Riyadh location, and mid-senior experience)
