🧾 Job Overview
Our Construction Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for high-rise building projects. This role is critical in overseeing all aspects of construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with local regulations.
The Project Manager will directly manage construction programs, consultants, contractors, and on-site teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead high-rise construction projects from initiation to completion.

Manage construction programs, schedules, and budgets efficiently.

Oversee consultants, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure project quality.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and management.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Mentor junior project engineers and construction staff.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Proven experience in delivering high-rise building projects.

Solid background in main contractor operations.

Strong knowledge of construction programs, budgeting, and site management.

Familiarity with Saudi regulations and SBC.

Immediate availability preferred.

KSA construction experience is a strong advantage.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 250,000 – SAR 350,000 per year
(Based on Project Manager – High-Rise Construction role, Riyadh location, and mid-senior experience)
