🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
Relevant experience in Oil & Gas Construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project execution, construction management, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of international construction and HSE standards.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferred.
PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
Additional HSE or construction management certifications are considered an advantage.
