🛠 Key Responsibilities
Project Manager / Construction Manager:
- Lead and manage large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
Project Planner:
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Report project status to senior management.
Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor / QC Civil:
- Supervise and inspect civil works on-site.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Provide technical support and documentation for projects.
Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Inspector:
- Supervise and inspect electrical installations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues.
Safety Officer:
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
- Provide safety training to site personnel.
HVAC Inspector / Surveyor / Work Permit Receiver / Foreman/Leadman:
- Conduct inspections and verification for HVAC and site surveys.
- Manage work permit processes for Aramco-certified operations.
- Supervise labor teams and ensure efficient workflow on-site.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications such as Aramco Safety, Work Permit Certification, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Aramco field projects (5–10+ years depending on role).
- Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Available for local transfer within Saudi Arabia.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
- Project Manager: SAR 240,000 – 300,000 per year
- Construction Manager: SAR 220,000 – 280,000 per year
- Project Planner: SAR 150,000 – 200,000 per year
- Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor: SAR 120,000 – 180,000 per year
