Key Responsibilities

Project Manager

• Lead villa and infrastructure construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Civil Engineer

• Supervise civil construction activities on-site.
• Review engineering drawings and project specifications.

Architectural Engineer

• Review architectural designs and construction drawings.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved architectural standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.

Mechanical Engineer

• Oversee mechanical systems installation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams during construction phases.

Electrical Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Relevant technical certifications are considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in villa and infrastructure projects.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
