We are hiring an experienced Project Manager (Civil) for a major project in Jeddah, specializing in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), including industrial facilities, factories, and warehouses. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage full lifecycle civil construction projects (PEB, industrial, factories, warehouses)

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors

Review and manage RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC drawings, Shop Drawings, and MOM documentation
-
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
-
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved

Supervise site teams and monitor construction progress
-
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and SCE requirements
-
Prepare project reports and performance updates
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

PMP Certification (highly preferred / promotable)

Minimum 15+ years of overall experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in PEB buildings (industrial / factories / warehouses)
-
Must be a registered member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

Strong knowledge of RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC, Shop Drawings, MOM, and risk assessments

Fluent in English and Arabic

Transferable Iqama (mandatory)

Immediate joining required

Must have own car (obligatory requirement)
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

SAR 20,000 – SAR 30,000 per month (based on senior civil project managers with 15+ years experience in Saudi Arabia)
