🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HV substation projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate with engineering, T&C, and site teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with SEC standards and project specifications
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
• Support testing & commissioning activities when required
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare technical and progress reports for stakeholders

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in HV Substations (EHV experience is an added advantage)
• Strong background in Testing & Commissioning (T&C), especially in protection systems
• Approval as T&C Engineer (Advanced relays, HV scheme checks, live substations)
• SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) approval is a plus
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of protection relays, substation automation, and HV systems
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Must be available for immediate joining or within a maximum of 1 month (transferable Iqama required)
