Hadaeq Est. is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer (Electrical) to support major construction and MEP projects across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on project sites.
Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications and engineering standards.
Monitor quality control procedures and enforce safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, project engineers, supervisors, and design teams.
Review project schedules and support timely completion of electrical works.
Identify technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
Support project planning, reporting, and progress monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary project teams.
Assist in achieving project milestones and delivery objectives.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical and MEP construction works.
Minimum 2 years of GCC experience preferred.
Proven experience in electrical systems installation, site execution, and project coordination.

Certifications

Preferred certifications include:

PMP (Project Management Professional)
OSHA Safety Certification
Electrical Engineering Professional Certifications
Construction Safety and Quality Management Certifications

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methodologies.
Understanding of MEP project execution and coordination.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Knowledge of quality assurance and safety compliance procedures.
Project scheduling and site management capabilities.

Additional Requirements

Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
