Job Overview
A leading construction organization is urgently hiring an experienced Project Engineer – Civil for a major project in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals with strong site execution expertise and proven experience in large-scale construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, and support the Project Manager in planning and execution. Immediate joining is required, and face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Diriyah.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily site execution activities

Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
-
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
-
Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
-
Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities prior to project handover
-
Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and site execution

Ensure timely delivery of work packages and resolution of site issues
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
-
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects

Strong Saudi Arabia (KSA) project experience is mandatory
-
Experience in Mega / Giga Projects is highly preferred
-
Excellent site execution, coordination, and leadership skills
-
Valid IQAMA required
