🛠 Key Responsibilities

Project Director

Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the hospitality resort project.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Drive project performance and achieve strategic business objectives.
Oversee multidisciplinary project teams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Director

Provide technical leadership across all engineering and construction disciplines.
Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Coordinate technical teams to ensure project requirements are achieved.

Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Master’s Degree is advantageous for senior leadership roles.

Experience

Extensive experience with main contractors in the GCC region.
Proven track record in large-scale residential or hospitality construction projects.
Experience managing complex multidisciplinary teams.
Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience.

Certifications

Preferred certifications may include:

PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2
Chartered Engineer Status
Relevant construction management certifications

Technical & Soft Skills

Fluent Arabic communication skills (Mandatory).
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Contract administration and commercial awareness.
Risk management and problem-solving expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Additional Requirements

Arabic speaking is mandatory.
KSA Iqama or GCC residency is preferred.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Project Director

Salary Range: SAR 70,000 – 80,000 per month

Technical Director

Salary Range: SAR 55,000 – 65,000 per month
