A leading industrial and trading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to manage and optimize manufacturing operations. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient output
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
- Maintain and enforce quality control (QC) standards

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff performance
- Prepare reports on production metrics, quality, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems
- Good computer literacy and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced industrial environment
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth (MANDATORY SECTION)
Salary:
SAR 3,000 – 5,000 per month (Final compensation based on interview and experience)
Compensation Type: Monthly Salary
