A leading manufacturing organization is hiring a Production Engineer to support factory operations and production efficiency at its facility in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing daily production processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of production lines.

The Production Engineer will play a critical role in analyzing production performance, optimizing workflow, and maintaining high standards of product quality, operational safety, and production efficiency. The position requires close collaboration with maintenance, quality assurance, and operations teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance productivity.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on daily production operations and manufacturing processes.
Ensure smooth workflow and efficient production line performance.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Analyze production data and operational metrics and prepare management reports.
Identify operational issues and recommend technical and process improvement solutions.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure continuous operations.
Implement and monitor industrial safety standards and quality control procedures.
Participate in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in production engineering or factory operations
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production lines, and industrial systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
Ability to analyze production data and prepare technical and operational reports
Familiarity with quality management systems and industrial safety standards
Preferred: Experience working in building materials or industrial manufacturing factories

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 8,000 – 12,000 per month
