An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Planning Engineers and Senior Planning Engineers to join a major KJO Project in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. These positions are ideal for engineering professionals with strong expertise in EPC Oil & Gas projects, project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
The selected candidates will play a critical role in developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and supporting project teams in achieving successful project delivery. Professionals with experience on Aramco or KJO projects will have a significant advantage.

Planning Engineer
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Senior Planning Engineer
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and scheduling activities.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules.
- Prepare project baselines and schedule updates.
- Monitor project progress, delays, and performance indicators.
- Develop recovery plans and corrective action strategies.
- Prepare progress reports and management presentations.
- Support project forecasting and performance analysis.
- Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule compliance.
- Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project for project controls activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience for Planning Engineer positions.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience for Senior Planning Engineer positions.
- Proven experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
- Aramco or KJO project experience is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in scheduling, baseline preparation, and recovery planning.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic project environments.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 10,000 – 15,000 per month
Senior Planning Engineer
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 16,000 – 25,000 per month
