We are seeking experienced Planning Engineers and Schedulers to join our renewable energy projects in Saudi Arabia. These roles play a critical part in project execution, resource optimization, and timely delivery of sustainable energy solutions.
The ideal candidates will have 4–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and industry best practices.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
Planning Engineer:

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for electrical, civil, and mechanical activities.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resources and ensure project efficiency.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and renewable energy project requirements.
Scheduler:

Maintain and update master project schedules for multiple projects.

Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Support project teams with progress monitoring and reporting.

Generate dashboards and metrics for senior management.

Identify scheduling risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related).

Experience: 4–12 years in project planning and scheduling, preferably in renewable energy projects.

Skills:

Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently under deadlines.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

Planning Engineer: SAR 180,000 – 300,000 per year

Scheduler: SAR 150,000 – 250,000 per year
