Job Overview
Baran Company Limited is hiring a skilled Planning Engineer to join its growing project team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in construction or general project planning and strong expertise in Primavera P6.
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing schedules, tracking progress, preparing earned value reports, and supporting project performance monitoring through dashboards and delay analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6

Establish project baselines, updates, and progress measurement systems

Set up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activity sequencing

Track site progress and ensure accurate reporting

Prepare Earned Value (EV) reports and performance indicators

Conduct delay analysis and provide recovery recommendations
-
Produce weekly and monthly planning dashboards and reports
-
Coordinate closely with site teams and cost control departments

Support data-driven planning through Excel and Power BI tools (preferred)
Requirements & Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in project planning (construction/general projects)

Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (scheduling, baselines, updates)

Experience in progress tracking, EV reporting, and delay analysis

Strong coordination and communication skills

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred
