We are seeking an experienced Planner Engineer to join a high-profile PMO team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for developing, controlling, and reporting project schedules in alignment with PMO standards and best practices. The Planner Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring timely project delivery and optimal resource utilization across large-scale infrastructure and mega projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules (Level 3–5) using CPM scheduling.

• Perform resource and cost loading for projects.

• Measure project progress and analyze performance metrics.

• Implement recovery planning and delay analysis (EOT, TIA, etc.).

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, executive summaries, and KPI dashboards.

• Manage baseline control and monitor adherence to project KPIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Planning & Controls.

• Minimum 5 years in a formal PMO environment.

• Experience with large infrastructure or mega projects.

• Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6.

• Skilled in Microsoft Project and advanced MS Excel.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
