A leading Airport Facility Management Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Performance Lead to monitor, analyze, and optimize operational performance. This role is critical in ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, enabling high-quality facility operations.
The Performance Lead will work closely with operations, maintenance, and management teams to improve contract compliance, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Professionals in this role will gain deep exposure to CAFM systems, performance dashboards, and airport-specific facility management operations, enhancing both technical and managerial expertise.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Monitor SLA/KPI performance across facilities and prepare monthly performance reports.

Lead internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.

Coordinate closely with operations and maintenance teams to optimize performance.

Identify and drive continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Ensure full contract compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Maintain accurate records and reporting using CAFM systems and dashboards.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Facilities Management.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facility Management.

At least 3 years in performance monitoring, KPI/SLA management, or contract performance.

Strong knowledge of reporting, audits, and compliance management.

Experience with CAFM systems and performance dashboards.

Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred).

Airport project experience is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
