🛠 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule.

Review employee information to ensure the correct calculation of allowances, deductions, and benefits.

Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure employee data is updated and accurate.

Prepare and submit payroll-related financial reports to management.

Monitor and follow up on salary bank transfers to ensure successful processing.

Ensure compliance with company payroll policies, financial regulations, and benefits policies.

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial and payroll information.

Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to payroll-related inquiries.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Certification: SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants) certificationpreferred

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting roles

Strong financial reporting and payroll calculation skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
