🛠 Key Responsibilities

Project Manager

Plan, execute, and oversee villa and infrastructure projects
Coordinate project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality compliance

Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Architectural Engineers

Review and execute project plans and drawings
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams

Site Supervisor (All Disciplines)

Supervise on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation

Surveyor

Conduct site surveys and measurements
Support design implementation and project layout
Maintain survey records and reports

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural)
Minimum 5 years and maximum 7 years of experience in villa and infrastructure projects
Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination
Strong technical, communication, and team management skills
Ability to work on-site and liaise effectively with project teams
