Job Overview
Hesco is expanding its project portfolio in Saudi Arabia and is urgently hiring experienced professionals across multiple engineering and construction disciplines to support site supervision activities for a large-scale project in Jeddah, KSA.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong experience in major construction projects who are currently available in Saudi Arabia and able to join immediately or on short notice.
Key Responsibilities

Support and supervise site execution activities across project disciplines

Ensure construction works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
-
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams

Monitor quality, safety, and progress compliance on-site
-
Prepare technical reports, project updates, and documentation as required

Assist in planning, scheduling, and project delivery for large-scale developments

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical disciplines

Minimum 10 years of proven experience supporting and supervising large-scale construction projects

Strong technical and coordination skills within site environments

Candidates must currently be available in KSA
-
Immediate joining or short notice availability is highly preferred
