This multi-building development includes basements, ground floors, and structures up to six floors, requiring highly skilled individuals across management, engineering, and site operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🟢 Management & Senior Roles

• Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across construction phases

🟢 Engineering Roles

• Prepare and review shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)
• Manage structural design coordination and site engineering support
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications

🟢 Technical & Site Roles

• Supervise site activities including concreting, scaffolding, and formwork
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and safety checks
• Support daily construction operations and reporting

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (role-dependent)
• Proven experience in concrete and structural construction projects
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems (Doka, Peri, or similar)
• Experience in scaffolding erection and safety standards
• Expertise in steel cutting and bending (BBS)
• Minimum 3–10+ years of experience depending on role seniority
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

• Project Manager / Construction Manager: SAR 20,000 – 35,000/month
• Senior QC / HSE Engineer: SAR 12,000 – 20,000/month
• Civil / BBS / Shop Drawing Engineer: SAR 7,000 – 14,000/month
• Draftsman / Surveyor / Safety Officer: SAR 5,000 – 9,000/month
• Foreman: SAR 4,500 – 8,000/month
