🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Support Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail business processes.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely solutions to end users.
- Perform system configuration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct end-user training sessions to improve ERP adoption and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and continuous system improvements.
- Ensure system performance aligns with organizational business objectives.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Retail, and related business processes.
- Experience with ERP system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business process optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering end-user training and functional support.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain certifications, or related Microsoft certifications are highly desirable and support long-term professional development.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 9,000–14,000 per month (Based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant roles in Saudi Arabia for professionals with 1–3 years of experience.)
