🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead and conduct MEP design reviews and peer evaluations
Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, international standards, and project specifications
Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, ICT/ELV, and fire protection disciplines
Review HVAC, plumbing (PH), fire fighting (FF), LPG/SNG gas networks, and fuel systems (where applicable)
Supervise BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection
Prepare technical reports, compliance documentation, and review comments
Support project delivery aligned with Diriyah Master Plan standards

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

BSc in Engineering (Mandatory)
Proven experience in design or peer review projects within KSA
Strong background in building design projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use)
Experience relevant to developments within the Diriyah Master Plan
For PH & FF roles: Proven capability in reviewing LPG/SNG gas networks and fuel systems

Preferred Certifications & Professional Development:

PMP (Project Management Professional)
LEED AP or sustainability certifications
NFPA certification (for Fire Fighting roles)
Certified BIM Professional
Professional Engineering License (advantageous for senior leadership roles)

Strong technical leadership, coordination, and communication skills are essential for all roles.
