A growing maritime operation supporting Saudi Aramco projects is urgently hiring experienced Master and Second Officer (Non-DP) professionals for its KSA-based fleet. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
Master (Non-DP):
- Command and manage vessel operations ensuring safety and compliance
- Oversee crew performance, navigation, and operational planning
- Ensure adherence to international maritime laws and company policies
- Coordinate with offshore teams and port authorities
- Maintain vessel documentation, safety audits, and reporting
Second Officer (Non-DP):
- Assist in navigation, voyage planning, and watchkeeping duties
- Maintain charts, publications, and navigational equipment
- Support safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Monitor cargo operations and vessel stability
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid maritime certifications for Master or Second Officer (Non-DP) roles
- Aramco approval (preferred for offshore assignments)
- Proven experience in vessel navigation and fleet operations
- Strong understanding of maritime safety standards and
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in offshore and rotational assignments
- STCW certifications and relevant maritime licenses (mandatory)
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
- Second Officer (Non-DP): SAR 10,000 – 18,000 per month
- Master (Non-DP): SAR 20,000 – 35,000+ per month
(Based on offshore maritime roles in KSA and experience level)
