Average Market Salary (Estimated):

  • Front Office / Guest Services: SAR 4,500 – 7,500 per month

  • Food & Beverage: SAR 4,000 – 7,000 per month

  • Finance & Accounting: SAR 7,000 – 12,000 per month

  • Engineering & Maintenance: SAR 5,000 – 9,000 per month

  • HR & Administration: SAR 6,000 – 10,000 per month

Compensation Type: Monthly Salary (Role-dependent)
