🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations.

Ensure safety and quality of personnel, facilities, equipment, and fleet.

Maintain warehouse KPIs at 99%+ accuracy levels.

Facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycle counts.

Investigate inventory discrepancies using RCA and CAPA methodologies.

Implement cost-control measures and validate actual vs budget figures.

Drive cost optimization through efficient logistics strategies.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and regulatory standards.

Utilize ERP systems including WMS, TMS, IMS for operational efficiency.

Generate and analyze operational reports for data-driven decision-making.

Ensure business continuity plans are implemented and objectives achieved.

Collaborate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in warehouse management

At least 2 years in a managerial role

CSCP, CPIM

Safety, logistics, or warehouse management certifications
