The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting business operations through legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing legal guidance, ensuring the company’s full compliance with applicable laws, and implementing robust compliance frameworks. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills, thorough legal understanding, and the ability to interpret and apply local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal consultation and support to various departments across the company.
Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents in line with governing laws.
Oversee compliance with internal policies and external regulations relevant to the contracting industry.
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and frameworks within the organization.
Prepare periodic legal and compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Deliver training, guidance, and awareness sessions on legal obligations and compliance requirements for employees.
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal practice or compliance
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, or Legal Studies are a plus
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
