A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is hiring an experienced Landscape BIM Modeler for a one-year project with the possibility of extension. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, and supporting the successful delivery of landscape and infrastructure projects. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate landscape BIM models based on project requirements.
Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate BIM models with architecture, civil, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client specifications.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM software.
Update project models throughout design and construction phases.
Support project teams with technical BIM solutions and documentation.
Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Landscape BIM Modeler.
Valid Saudi Arabia ID (Iqama).
Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate joining.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
Experience in landscape, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination processes.
Autodesk Certified Professional or BIM-related certifications are highly preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
