About the Opportunity
A leading and reputable contracting company in Riyadh is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer with a minimum of one year of experience to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers excellent exposure to hands-on site management, technical reporting, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and follow up on daily site activities to ensure accurate and timely implementation of project plans.

Supervise workers and site inspectors to ensure the quality and compliance of work.

Prepare periodic technical reports and submit updates directly to the Project Manager.

Coordinate efficiently with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress, track materials, equipment, and resources on-site.

Ensure the application of occupational safety standards throughout all project stages.

Participate in project meetings and contribute technical recommendations to support performance improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of experience in contracting or construction projects.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Familiarity with basic engineering software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for site-related tasks.

Knowledge of occupational safety standards is an added advantage.
