🛠 Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support Engineer

Provide technical support for end users through Service Desk operations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, and network-related issues.
Manage Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
Support Microsoft Defender security solutions.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and enterprise network infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents promptly.
Document technical issues and implement preventive solutions.
Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure and business systems.

SAP Technical Lead

Lead SAP technical implementation and enhancement projects.
Design and oversee SAP technical architecture and integrations.
Coordinate with functional consultants and project stakeholders.
Manage SAP development, customization, and technical support activities.
Review technical documentation and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
Lead technical teams throughout project delivery.
Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise SAP solutions.
Ensure successful project delivery within quality and timeline requirements.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

IT Operations & Support Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in IT Operations and Technical Support.
Strong Service Desk and end-user support experience.
Hands-on expertise in:
- Hardware & Software Support
- LAN/Wi-Fi Administration
- Network Infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Defender
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

SAP Technical Lead

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
7+ years of SAP technical experience.
Previous experience as an SAP Technical Lead or Program Lead is preferred.
Experience delivering SAP projects within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and enterprise solution design skills.
SAP certifications are considered a significant advantage.
