Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, operations, finance, and project teams.
• Ensure the availability of critical materials required for ready-mix and construction operations.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analyses, and operational performance updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the ready-mix and construction industry is mandatory.
• Candidates must currently be residents of Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations, and materials coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software may be advantageous.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate inventory reports and maintain detailed documentation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
