🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational processes.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Perform financial analysis and prepare detailed audit findings.
Prepare administrative and supervisory audit reports.
Review compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Utilize the Odoo ERP system to review financial transactions and reporting accuracy.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective measures.
Collaborate with various departments to improve internal control processes.
Maintain confidentiality while ensuring professional audit standards are followed.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing.
Practical experience with Odoo ERP (required).
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and audit reporting.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks, risk management, and compliance procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
