🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes based on departmental workforce requirements

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking

• Prepare payroll accurately in coordination with finance

• Support onboarding and training processes for new hires

• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department

• Prepare periodic HR reports and track employee performance indicators

• Handle transactions on government platforms and electronic HR systems

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Previous experience in HR or personnel management

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

• Experience using government platforms (MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional commitment
