🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes based on departmental workforce requirements

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking

Prepare payroll accurately in coordination with finance

Support onboarding and training processes for new hires

Monitor compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department

Prepare periodic HR reports and track employee performance indicators

Handle transactions on government platforms and electronic HR systems
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in HR or personnel management

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR compliance

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Experience using government platforms (MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, etc.)

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional commitment
Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are advantageous and enhance long-term career progression.

SAR 10,000 – SAR 15,000 per month
