🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute daily HR tasks efficiently

Maintain and update employee data using Onyx software

Track attendance, departures, and maintain accurate HR records

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding documents, and official HR correspondence

Support recruitment processes including CV screening and interview coordination

Respond to employee inquiries professionally and tactfully

Assist in implementing HR policies and improving workplace processes

Collaborate with team members to enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience:

Previous experience in HR operations, administration, or employee management preferred
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Onyx software and HR management tools

Strong knowledge of HR procedures, documentation, and reporting

MS Office proficiency

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month
