The HR Officer will manage employee records, monitor attendance, oversee recruitment processes, and maintain compliance with government platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem, and Absher. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth workflow

Manage employee records and track attendance accurately

Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations

Handle recruitment and selection processes based on departmental needs

Operate and manage government HR platforms (Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Absher) efficiently

Provide support to employees, resolving daily inquiries and issues

Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to senior management

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or HR operations

Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR processes

Proficiency in using HR software, government portals, and MS Office

Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and professional ethics

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
