We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Al Khobar City. This role focuses on employee attendance monitoring, leave policy enforcement, HR documentation, and employee support, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The HR Officer will serve as a key point of contact for employee requests, complaints, and internal HR processes.

- Monitor employee attendance and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Supervise the implementation of leave policies and internal HR procedures.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 5,000 – 7,000/month (Based on role, Saudi Arabia, and experience level)
