We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a listed glass manufacturing company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing company HR policies, managing government compliance, and ensuring a well-structured, efficient, and supportive work environment. This role is essential for implementing HR strategies, leading staff training on key Saudi government platforms (Muqeem, Mudad, QIWA, and GOSI), and ensuring company-wide adherence to Xinyi Group policies.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement company HR policies and strategic HR plans in collaboration with the office manager.
- Support the office manager in government outreach work related to human resources.
- Train and guide staff on Muqeem, Mudad, QIWA, and GOSI systems.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with Xinyi Group’s policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Support the team in maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in human resource management or a similar senior HR environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi government platforms (Muqeem, Mudad, QIWA, GOSI) preferred.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and guide teams effectively.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 15,000 – 22,000/month (Based on role, Saudi Arabia, and experience level)
