🛠 Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE procedures across pipeline construction projects.

Manage journey management and permit-to-work (PTW) systems.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and company safety standards.

Conduct inspections, audits, and safety reporting to minimize risks.

Provide guidance and supervision to project teams in remote project locations.

Ensure adherence to all company and regulatory HSE policies.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
-
Proven experience in pipeline construction projects.

Saudi Aramco-approved certification (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of HSE systems, PTW, and Journey Management.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field preferred.

Experience: Ranges from 3 to 12 years depending on role (see Open Positions).

Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Ability and willingness to work in remote project locations.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

Safety Supervisor (12 yrs exp): SAR 140,000–160,000/year

Safety Officer (5 yrs exp): SAR 80,000–100,000/year

Journey Management Coordinator (5 yrs exp): SAR 90,000–110,000/year

Work Permit Receiver (3 yrs exp): SAR 70,000–85,000/year
