We are hiring 2 experienced HSE Managers for large-scale renewable energy projects in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for safety professionals with strong exposure to solar, wind, and power infrastructure projects, and a solid understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks.

The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems to ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and international best practices. One position specifically requires proven experience working under High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) regulations, including security, safety, and fire protection standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE management systems for renewable energy projects
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory standards and project HSE requirements
Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and safety inspections
Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Coordinate with project stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives

For One Position (Mandatory Requirement):

Ensure compliance with HCIS regulations, including security and fire protection standards
Manage safety documentation and authority approvals related to industrial security

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of HSE experience
Proven experience in renewable energy projects (Solar / Wind / Power)
Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
Relevant HSE certifications such as:
- NEBOSH
- IOSH
- Other recognized international safety certifications
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulatory frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills

Additional Mandatory Requirement for 1 Position:

Demonstrated experience working under HCIS regulations
Strong knowledge of industrial security, safety, and fire protection standards
