A leading industrial and energy EPC organization is seeking a seasoned HSE Director to lead enterprise-wide safety, health, and environmental strategies across multi-site oil, gas, and industrial projects in the Middle East. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
Ensure full compliance with regional regulatory and international safety standards
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Conduct audits and risk assessments across multiple sites
Promote a proactive safety culture among all employees and contractors
Oversee HSE teams across various project locations
Report regularly to the executive board on safety performance, KPIs, and compliance

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field

Certifications (Preferred):

NEBOSH Certification
IOSH Certification

Experience:

12+ years of leadership experience in HSE roles
Proven background in Oil & Gas or Industrial EPC projects
Multi-site HSE management experience
Strong knowledge of Middle East HSE regulatory frameworks

Technical & Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive safety culture transformation across large organizations

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

SAR 45,000 – 70,000/month (Senior HSE Director, Abu Dhabi/KSA Oil & Gas Projects)
